Offering a wide range of party necessities like Photobooth, Inflatable Jumpers, Waterslides, Mechanical Bull, Canopies, Chairs, Tables and even Taco catering. We take care of everything from setup to breakdown, leaving you to enjoy the party and create unforgettable memories with your guests.

Do you guys charge a delivery fee?Yes, we do. This mainly depends on where, you are located. We service cities in the 209 area. If you are further or not within this range we do charge a small fee.

How many people can fit underneath a 20x40 canopy?Depending on how the space is used, a 20x40 canopy can accommodate 80-120 guests. These are the different layouts you can fit within the 20x40 : Wedding/Theater : With an aisle in the middle 100 guests/seats Round Tables : 64 guests/seats which can fit 8 tables Rectangular Tables : 72 to 85 guests/seats

How do guests receive their photos when renting out the photobooth?Guests can easily access their photos via email or text, to their phones. It eliminates the need to carry physical prints. This allows you to share on social media or with your loved ones immediately. If you would like a print out, you can connect the photo booth to the printer nearby, to print out the image you want to keep.

Is there a minimum requirement ?Yes, we do have a minimum requirement. It is $150 minimum , that helps us maintain this standard by covering essential operational costs, including delivery, setup, and maintenance of our equipment. It also allows us to invest in regular safety inspections and cleaning, ensuring all rentals are in excellent condition for your event. This minimum requirement helps us offer the best possible service to all our customers, making sure that each event is adequately supported and enjoyable.

How long is the booking available for?All of the services we provide are available for 24 hours unless discussed with any staff member from Party Rental Packages. Our site shows an hour duration so you are aware it takes at least an hour for us to set up.

What do you do for late-night pickups?We can arrange for an after hours pick up for an additional fee. Please message us for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?Your deposit fee will be forfeited if reservation is canceled at any time. If no deposit was taken, and the customer agreed to terms of this contract, the customer is still responsible for a 25% cancellation fee. If reservation is canceled within 5 days prior to scheduled "time and date out", renter will be charged a 50% cancellation/restocking fee of the original rental order.
